SMS Messaging Consent Policy
This page describes how Junk N The Trunk collects consent to send text messages (SMS) to its customers.
How customers opt in
Customers of Junk N The Trunk provide their mobile phone number at the time of service (in person, by phone, or at booking) and agree to receive a follow-up text message asking them to leave a review of the work performed. Providing a phone number and agreeing to be contacted is how a customer opts in.
What messages we send
After a completed job, Junk N The Trunk may send a short text inviting the customer to leave a Google review. Message frequency is low, typically 1 to 3 messages per customer.
Opt out and help
Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and can reply HELP for assistance. After a STOP request, no further messages are sent.
Rates and privacy
Message and data rates may apply. Junk N The Trunk does not sell or share customer phone numbers with third parties for marketing. Numbers are used only to contact the customer about their own service.
For questions about this policy, contact Junk N The Trunk directly.
